Chizuru is detached and dreamy, floating through life making passive observations, not really caring where this gets her. She doesn't finish things - including her thoughts and sentences, and usually forgets the point of what she was saying. When she does pay attention, she's scarily intelligent and observant. She's very considerate of people also, and wont let them hide from things they don't like. Chizuru doesn't talk much about her past, because she says that the present is most important, but she grew up away from her parents and learnt to stargaze because she is an insomniac and couldn't sleep.

Her voice is quite slow and monotone, a little like Chiaki i suppose.
