Pronounced Koh-tar-oh Ay-har-ah

The easiest way to describe Kotarou is by saying he's basically someone who is desensitised to nasty stuff and is a little too comfortable with murder after writng about it so much, which gives him somewhat of a twisted set of thoughts and morals. He believes that people have to earn things rather than just being handed them, and people who can't do that are the equivalent of background characters who only serve the purpose of dying and moving the story along for thee main characters. He thinks of life as one big elaborate story and likes to set up the events as he would in his writing. He grew up normally until his house was burned down and his siblings died, which was what started his obsession with crime as he tried to satisfy his need for closure with that incident by writing all these happy endings that came after gruesome stuff.

His voice would be kinda snappy and snarky, also quite condescending in places. I cant think of any examples, sorry
