Main villain from prequel, a Henchman now to Legion, his only goal is to seek revenge over JellyBean. Ideally a British accent. Character should sound unstable and perhaps changes tempo and style of voice throughout conversations. Evil laugh essential! I am thinking a more high pitch voice may be better.
