Kazimir is a populist, Victoria’s fiancé, and the dynamic head of the underground movement that is seeking to overthrow the government. While he has lots of support, he relies on her to support him while he seeks out his own ambitions. Victoria feels duty bound to support him and share in his dream, as she also has ambitions to lead the people.
I know, I know. But change isn’t cheap is it, love? We all have to do our lot. And think of the impact that we have on the people. Hope, Victoria! That’s what its all about, right?
(Enthusiastically*) Our time for liberation has come! We are the many and they are the few, we must unite!
(Fearful*) What are you doing?! I’m bringing the crowd, like you said!
