Character description: Slayde is shown to be a corrupted and greedy knight who cares only for himself and power. He is also willing to kill children just to bring Celica to Desaix. He is also shown to be arrogant, believing in his rank makes better than anyone. He also will betray any groups he is associated with if it suits him.
Slayde has a touch of humanity left within him, as he showed fake enthusiasm at killing children, but ultimately, did so, out of fear for his own life. Perhaps that spark is still there? It's unlikely.

Wow, you really make Slayde sound, dare I say, deliciously toxic. You can hear how proud he is to utter those words, as if everyone should be instantly bowing to him. You can also hear the toxicity I mentioned, and how much he almost sneers them, giving lie to his self-proclaimed title as an honorable knight. The song fits perfectly for Slayde, I can definitely hear him singing it! The singing is an excellent example of how I'd imagine Slayde singing, warm with a strong hint of the true bitter coldness, manipulative, and dare I say once again, toxic /) TL;DR Toxic toxic toxic which is good
