Lilly is part of the cheer team and is friends with Kira. She is also a part of the bullying but that might change if she gets sick of it. She only bullys people because Kira is Forcing her to and if she doesn’t then she will get kicked off the cheer team (cheer is her favorite sport) and will be bullied until she tells someone.
