Katzai is a sniper, and a good one at that. The only problem is he's cold, aloof, and practically emotionless. He completely shut himself off emotionally when he was younger to stop his PTSD .It still occasionally comes back. He's only really in the Rebellion for the money at first, but then he may have a change of heart.

It was good, but I was thinking more of a stoic deep voice with a Southern accent.
