Emi is the SHSL Neurologist. Neurologists study nerves! I want his voice to be medium/high pitched, pure and happy. 

Emi was raised in small village on the coast. His parents were the local tailors, and Emi was brought in as an apprentice at an early age. Emi loves to get "hands-on" and give the effort and work he needs to be successful. He wasn't exposed to technology when he was younger, so when it comes to that, Emi becomes an instant senior citizen, asking questions about everything. He may be fascinated by tech, but that doesn't stop him from looking down upon it like its some sort of curse. He knows the effects tech has on the brain, and finds it disgusting that people have become so addicted to it and how they just let their brains rot away.
