Seer is said to, along with the collaborative ideas from a few close friends, been the creator of the Beast Missions. Though slightly delusional, they still manage to host the separation of new teams every year. Their special ability is warp magic, which they earned through the same school many of the young magic users go to now. The downside of their abilities is that they cannot warp anything with more energy than they have, or physical injuries would be the outcome. Despite Seer's team clearly being gone, they refuse to accept the loss, and will continue to search for their missing teammates by going on solo missions at least once a month. 

Seer is placed in a supporting role as they appear at the beginning, and when the teams go back to choose new missions. They may not always be there to help out the new teams, and instead let the committee announce the separations.
