Herod is the king of the dwarves, and is a hot headed piece of work. He knows only three things, war, meat, and riches. Herod has had some issues with the elves and succubi for a while, but a truce has been put in place keeping him from trying anything potentially hazardous. News of a weakening in the resolve of the family line is making Herod itchy to try invading Lustrias or Arna. He has a standing army waiting on his command, he only give the word and they will march wherever he commands.

    Herod does not care very much about the chosen one, nor about any prophecy unless he is directly affected. He cares not for the chosen one's  comings and goings until he ventures into dwarven territory. 

    Herod definitely above all else must have a Scottish accent. It must be thick and meaty. He must also have a full voice and be able to command an army with it. Good luck, and we can't wait to hear ye voice. :D
