-Noriaki Matsukawa is as far from mature as someone can get. He grew up around the ocean, allowing  him to develop his skill as a surfer enough to one day be called the ultimate surfer. He’s won numerous awards for his skill, and considers himself to be a “big deal” compared to his “nobody” classmates.


Noriaki, as a surfer, is pretty laid back and relaxed, and his voice should show that. Our desired voice for him would be a mature, relaxed, but playful, masculine tone.

  • “Hey. Name’s Noriaki Matsukawa, ultimate surfer. Nice to meet ya.”

  • “This is our answer!”

  • “What a load of whack!”
