Devo is an assassin hired by DIO, to kill the crusaders. He is of Native American decent. Devo allows people to attack him so that he can activate his stand. And appear as a vengeful spirit out for revenge.
Devo has a deep calm menacing voice. But once he gets crazy. It gets all high and manic. If you want to try a Native American accent, you may. But you don't have to. If you do though, please don't make it stereotypical.
