Sutoka was born of a former ultimate, his mother’s ability never ceasing to amaze him. For years he ran a blog dedicated to the ultimates of the Ultimate Academy, before the Academy took notice to him. Administrators were interested in his blog, and so he was invited to attend the academy as the ultimate devotee to interview and get to know the fellow ultimates up close. Let’s just say he accepted this opportunity in a heartbeat.
