Death 13 is the stand of the baby Mannish Boy. It is able to bring people into it's dream world, that resembles a circus. It has the ability to manipulate the world and things in the world. It wields a large sythe. And can cut anyone with it.
Death 13's voice is very unlike his users. He speaks with a sweetly disturbing high voice. Something sounding so innocent. Yet so creepy. Dub or sub works fine. Also feel free to try your own.
