Nukesaku is a vampire who works for DIO. He does not have a stand, and his only ability is to making the back of his head and his back look like the front of a woman. He only possess the abilities of a vampire, and that's it. He's very cowardly.
Nukesakus voice is very scratchy. I mean really scratchy. It is constantly in between high pitched and low pitched. His voice is constantly cracking. Example: https://youtu.be/1NuB-Icu_kg . He also does a horrible impression of a woman. It sounds nothing like a woman. But he doesn't know that.
