Loyal to Gear and his fellow colleagues, Johnny is tough yet has a weak heart. Johnny appears in the beginning of the book and re-enters later in the story. He's barely 17 and already has a criminal record. Johnny should have a deep voice, but one that still shows his youthfulness. His voice should sound like he's always on guard because he thinks the whole world wants to hurt him.
