Tsukiko's personality is that of a cheery homemaker--though she's a bit insecure about her weight being an idol, her voice is sweet and soft. She likes pretty things, and is a sure homemaker, the definite mother of the group. She sews and cooks and is quite close to her friends, though busies herself through hobbies so that she can forget about her nerves in becoming an idol. 

Tsukiko's voice is soft, sweet and motherly, though not as high as Chiyo's.
