A core member of Last Hope that is in charge of the HQ's infrastructure. Mildly overconfident in his abilities and a bit of a cynic, but usually friendly. He is the "class clown" of the group, with him usually engaging in activities that get him in trouble with everyone else. He doesn't take many things in life too seriously, but cares deeply for things he does, including Last Hope. He was the first additional member that Last Hope recruited, with Genba tracking them down to join them.
