Capable of tapping into the Speed Force, Barry Allen is also known as the Flash. The fastest man alive, he can run at speeds so high he's only seen as a blur, even being capable of approaching the speed of light and creating time rifts. He's a friendly guy that's good at bringing people together and often making dorky jokes.
Barry should have a medium-high voice and talk kind of quickly, though he should still be understandable. Whoever voices him must be able to make corny jokes.
(insistent) Either we help him. or he's gonna need your old harpoon hand-- we have to move, now!
(correcting, last part should be considering) I've studied the multiverse for years. And that's all there is. There's nowhere else for it to come from... is there?
(bragging) So yeah, you're smart as hell... but I literally move faster than you can think.
