Rubber soul is another of DIOS minions. He's in it only for the money. Rubber is very arrogant and pompous. He's obsessed with his looks. He also is able to disguise himself as anyone his size. He takes the form of Kakyoin to fool Jotaro.
Rubber soul talks very smugly. So he has this snobby kind of voice. He talks like a rich kid. For this role you can do either the dub, the sub, or your own take. All three are fine.
I'M RUBBER SOUL, POSSESSOR OF THE TEMPERANCE CARD! My stands name is Yellow Temperance. It has no weakness. It eats all organic matter in it's wake.
