Ever since she was little, Ruby has had a romanticised view of the Huntsman profession. She is quick to reveal she wanted to become a huntress in order to be like the great heroes in fairy tales, and she has described being one as far more "romantic" than being a police officer. Her mentality is described as "I don't have time for my emotions. I've gotta make sure that everybody else is okay." She has also shown a distinct lack of ability picking up social cues due to being a very open and honest person.

  • As Penny's first friend in Vale and leader of Team RWBY, the coolest Amalgamof future Huntresses currently in Beacon, I have to inform you that I find you lacking as her future teammate. (Accusing in a playful sense, like you are messing with someone for fun)

  • There is two of them! ALL IS LOST! (when you hear a new friend like the same bad jokes as your other friend, knowing that they won't stop pulling those around you, that type of feeling)

  • Can't I just hide in my hood forever and ever and ever? (when you mess up and don't want to face the world, trying to hide in shame so that nobody will ever see you again, basically sounding as embarrased as possible.

Really strong audition and your voice fits really well, the only main suggestion I have is to try to add a bit more variety to your voice to get the emotion of each scene since they're sounding a bit too similar at the moment. Don't let that discourage you though I really liked your audition and hope you can manage to get the part!

    Thanks, I really appreciate the compliment. As for the emotions, yeah I can see why they sound similar, I felt like the lines all had a similar playful tone so I played on that more that the emotions themselves, I really do appreciate the feedback though.
