Stella Hoshii is a regular customer at VA-11 Hall-A, and a good friend of Sei. She is what is known as a Cat Boomer, and has distinctive cat ears and a prosthetic eye. She initially appears as a prideful person, but shows a more friendly demeanor around her friends, especially Sei. She also hides her true feelings under her usual haughty demeanor, which can lead to both lighthearted and dark moments.
