Silver chariot is the stand of Polnareff. He wears a set of armor and can easily remove it at any time. He is very fast and very lethal. He is skilled with a rapier sword and fill his opponents with holes in seconds. He doesn't speak but makes the noise pami.
Imagine his voice sounding almost like an honorable night yelling. For the stand cry, I can only recommend the Japanese dub. As all English versions haven't gone all the way with it. Again if you audition for the user you can also audition for the stand.
