Dr. Evelyn Shaw is Haven's physician and one of the settlement's most respected residents.

Evelyn is intelligent, compassionate, calm, and extremely strong-willed. She serves as the moral center of the group and believes that surviving the wasteland shouldn't require people to abandon their humanity.

She can be warm and reassuring one moment and absolutely commanding the next. She doesn't need to raise her voice to make people listen.

Voice direction: Mature, warm, intelligent, and authoritative. Avoid making her sound overly theatrical. Her strength should come through naturally.

This is a major recurring/lead role with both dramatic and emotional material throughout Season One.
