The World is DIO's stand. It has the ability to stop time for a limited number of seconds. And when DIO regenerates. So does the stand. Not vise versa however. It is similar to Star Platinum, in how it can punch extremely fast. And is extremity deadly.



I play DIO in the series. But I still want to abide by the idea of having the stand and user be separate roles. Plus I don't imagine my version of the muda stand cry sounds very epic, more just for DIO yelling it.   For this I think try to keep it deep, or doing your own thing with it, just so long as it's still British sounding. You can also look through the mangabridged for it, but that's only if you want to.
