Risa Utagawa, the Ultimate Ballerina, is a very passionate person. She’s always dancing when she gets a chance to, and always improves her art to make new dances to perform. Many people consider her captivating from the way she dances. Risa is also very loyal and sticks to her gut feelings about people.

She wants to like everyone in the group but she acts like she doesn’t care about anyone. (Tsundere) Riza is very determined and hates criticism because she considers herself to be perfect since she was given the title “Ultimate Ballerina”.

Risa is very stubborn and does anything to benefit her and her dancing. She considers herself above everyone else and she thinks that’s how friendships work where she’s the center of attention and everything’s about her. Since she grew up with an upper class family they taught her that way of thinking. Risa also curses a lot, after a tragic incident that happened in her past she became less considerate of people and more rebellious to people who stood in the way of what she is trying to achieve.

Risa’s voice is similar to Miu’s loud and cursing a lot.
