Shinji Terajima, the Ultimate Rodeo Clown, is a funny guy. He’s a clown, so he loves to pull pranks and mess with everyone. He’s mostly an attention seeker; he tries to get any form of acknowledgement from anyone, even if they yell at him for his pranks. Shinji can be seen as annoying by his peers since he’s almost always joking around. When something really bad happens he takes it seriously knowing the threat of the situation, he knows when to stop joking.

Shinji’s voice is very happy go lucky, and clown like; medium tone for males, very goofy and his laugh should like a creepy clown.
