Tien – Dragon Ball Super
Tien Shinhan is a disciplined human martial artist and longtime member of Earth’s Z Fighters in Dragon Ball Super. Recognizable by his third eye and stoic demeanor, Tien values self-improvement, rigorous training, and martial arts above almost everything else. Originally introduced as a rival to Goku, he eventually abandons his ruthless ambitions and becomes a devoted defender of Earth. Tien specializes in powerful techniques such as the Tri-Beam, Solar Flare, and Multi-Form Technique, using precision and strategy to challenge opponents far stronger than himself. Though he struggles to keep pace with the Saiyans’ extraordinary power, his unwavering determination, humility, and dedication make him a respected warrior.

The sides they read from:

  • "I appreciate you letting us know, but as a fellow master, I must handle this rogue student myself." (calm and soft getting slightly stern at the end)

  • "No matter what tricks you use, my third eye will see right through them!" (projecting and determined)

  • "I see... Yamcha must be wimping out... If he insists on not coming, I'll go grab Chiaotzu." (said a little snarkly, and unsympathetically)
