Horatio Raymond, The Ultimate Revolutionary War Reenactor, is a dedicated individual who takes his acting very seriously. Which leads him to be very dramatic and overconfident in his work. Horatio often stays in character most of the time which end up confusing his classmates to whether or not what he says is what he means.
Horatio is gullible, you can tell him there’s a UFO and he will believe it and because he takes his acting so seriously he’s more likely to believe something if his character from the 1800’s never heard of it before.
Horatio has a dramatic but sophisticated voice; Horatio is medium to medium low for males. The voice actor needs to be able to be very dramatic at times and also very serious.
