Evangeline Harrow - The Governess

The Governess, real name Evangeline Harrow is the fifth and final killer of the base roster. She is a gazing killer, letting her gaze upon Survivors and give them a Correctness

Her personal Perks, Corrective Measures, Final Lesson, and Indoctrination has Survivors suffer a repair and healing speed penalty, suffer severe immobilization, and build a debuff that slows their actions.
