For this character I’m looking for his voice to sound more like a mix of Al Swearengen from the HBO show Deadwood and Mr. Satan from Dragon Ball.

For the most part his tone and delivery of his lines will be closer to Al Swearengen, so not as much gruffness as Mr. Satan, but he will lean more into the Mr. Satan type voice during comedic moments such as when he is nervous (but again with the gruffness dialed down).
