Hannah's father and China's mother, Brad has been a hardworking mechanic, having even owned a highly-respected auto repair show in Marble for the last fifteen years.
Brad hasn't always been around to see the sacrifices that had to be made to ensure Hannah could thrive, and as a result is sometimes at odds with his wife, but in the end he will get to truly see for the first time the sacrifices and will eventually understand, even if it takes time.
For personality reference, I want to try and see how Mike Bowen from High School Musical The Musical The Series turns up. For voice reference, and this may sound like a weird one, but CM Punk from WWE is something I want to try here and see if it ends up working out.
He will have 19 total lines in Episode 1.

The sides they read from:
(Kindly, To Hannah) We forget sometimes that you've grown and matured so much, and gone well beyond what the doctors thought to be possible for you.
(Assuring, To Hannah) As long as you're willing to fight for what you want, you'll be able to do anything that you set your heart out to do.
(Worryingly, To China) It's just... I worry about her ability to... socially thrive. You know how much trouble that's been for her.
