Sonic should sound youthful, energetic, confident, and naturally charismatic, with the laid back attitude of his Sonic Adventure 2 portrayal. He jokes around, acts fearless, and rarely lets people see when something is actually getting to him.

This version of Sonic still needs strong dramatic range. The role includes sarcasm, frustration, concern, anger, emotional vulnerability, and eventually moments where his usual confidence starts to crack.

Tone: action adventure with dramatic and emotional elements. Sonic should still feel fun and recognizable, but capable of becoming completely serious when the situation demands it.
