  • Gender: Male

  • Age: Adult

  • Voice Style: Elk. Orryn’s irritability is grief in disguise. The death of the old

    dockmaster is an erosion of the order he depended on. His self-deprecation is genuine;

    he truly believes he is inadequate to the moment. But he stays anyway, which

    suggests that his sense of duty outweighs his self-doubt. He is the kind of mammal

    who will complain about the situation while simultaneously ensuring everyone

    survives it.

The sides they read from:

  • "I'm not worthy of this. I don't deserve to be here. I'm not brave, accomplished, or proper. But here I am anyway."

  • "The old dockmaster knew everyone who came through here. Now he's dead, and suddenly nobody remembers anything. Funny how that works."

  • "If you hear something moving beneath the pier, don't investigate it. Whatever it is, it's not worth another life."
