Serra's fiancé.

A literature professor: gentle, a little bookish, and protective without being controlling. Mostly bookending scenes, but should feel like a genuine emotional anchor and contrast to Spike.

The sides they read from:

  • "If Spike tries anything, I'll kill him." (a joke, mostly)

  • "Are you kidding? I'm just dying for the day I can interrupt class with a big slideshow of you and me at the altar." (easy, affectionate warmth)

  • "I understand. I'm going to be taking you even further away from them." (a little guilty, self-aware about the cost of his happiness)
