hence his name. His original name is unknown. He met Mente when Mente made an announcement that he needed men to complete operation exotopia. 

Timore is ruthless, and he will stop at nothing to achieve what he's assigned. He's inhumane basically, but he still has a sense of thinking.

His voice is dark and ruthless, gravelly and sharp, hard like. he wears a mask so sound effects will be needed

He is truly a badass. Whoever voices this character should have a fun time. like the rest.
