To everyone around her, Kokoa appears as a shy, fragile, and soft-spoken girl with a tragic past. In reality, this meek exterior masks an unhinged, dangerous yandere whose entire sanity is anchored to an obsessive fixation on Kenzo Tategami. Orphaned by her family's cursed, tragic bloodline, Kenzo's brief childhood kindness became her entire reason to exist. Kokoa views any female near Kenzo as an "impurity" that must be purged. Utilizing lethal Alchemy, paralytics, and high-tech Homunculi surveillance, she eliminates or imprisons rivals with cold, clinical precision—using the Holy Grail War as the ultimate tool to isolate and possess him forever.
For her tone of voice, Kokoa has a soft, sweet, and breathy voice with a timid, delicate cadence—seamlessly twisting into a unhinged dark intensity.

The sides they read from:
*Speaking to Maya at school, acting timid, helpless, and deeply grateful for their presence* Oh... I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to startle you. You're always so kind to someone like me... I don't know what I would do if I didn't have you and Kenzo looking out for me.
*Speaking softly to herself, her sweet voice taking on an unhealthy, romantic fixation* You don't have to carry the world on your shoulders anymore, Kenzo. I'll take care of everything. I'll build a safe place where no one can ever hurt you, or touch you, or take you away from me again...
*Confronting a paralyzed "rival" bound inside an abandoned warehouse, stepping forward with a scalpel* Do you know why you're paralyzed? It's a paralytic concoction—it keeps your heart beating, but stops you from making a sound. You sat too close to him today. You laughed at his jokes. You're an impurity in his world... and I have to keep Kenzo clean.
