(Lil-lee Purr-rezz ) Lily is Roxy's manager. She helps handle most of the things for his band, 'Angel Beats', setting up meetings, vocal practice sessions, reserving practice areas, and such. She's always constantly nagging Roxy since he arrives late to many meetings and sessions. She also has to help him look happy on stage so no one suspects his true self. She is one of the few who know about angelus, and keeps the secret very well. Roxy trusts her a lot. Overall, she’s a silly girl who has a huge love for music.
She has a low adult voice.

(stressed out) " Roxxxyy!!! You need to come to practice on time!! You can't keep coming late like this... "
