Shuichi Saihara, the Ultimate Detective, is the protagonist of the Salmon Team mode.
WARNING!
Shuichi will have many, many lines, as he is in every single scene we will be dubbing. If you do audition for him, bear in mind that you will have a lot of work ahead of you.
Shuichi is a very reserved character who lacks self confidence and belief in his skills as a detective. Despite this, he can take action when he feels it is needed, and is always trying to help out the students with his Ultimate talent.

Shuichi's voice is fairly mid-high range for a male, and (since he was voiced by a female originally), mid-low range for a female. He should sound quite hesitant and reserved.
(Hesitant, nervous) I'm... Shuichi Saihara. They call me the Ultimate Detective, but... I don't have the credentials to call myself a detective yet. I just... happened to solve a case that I came across and... now people call me that."
(Attempting to be motivational) "Some lies can lead the world to hope... Some truths can lead the world to despair... So I don't think anyone can really say which is more right in the end."
(Solemn, emotional) "I won't let your wish...go ungranted.
