He is called Felix. He is CEO Quinn's brother-in-law. He married Poppy, wich is CEO Quinn's sister. He works at the Ala Net with his wife and also with his son, Loyce. He is planning on getting rid of Alaois so that Loyce could take Alaois's place to become the next CEO at the Ala Net Company. He is actually the reencarnated Captain of the Red Kingdom.
