I am convinced this one here IS Eggman. Cinema
Voice Actor
Dr. Ivo Robotnik should sound intelligent, theatrical, arrogant, and commanding, with the sharper and more serious personality he has in Sonic Adventure 2. He can still be funny and dramatic, but he should never feel like a complete joke.
This version of Robotnik needs strong range. The role includes confidence, irritation, excitement, panic, pride, bitterness, grief, and rare moments where his usual ego drops and something more personal comes through.
Tone: sci fi action drama with dark comedy and emotional elements. Robotnik should feel larger than life, but still believable enough to carry serious scenes when the story calls for it.
I win! HO HO HO HO HO!
Sonic?!
I am Dr Robotnik! The greatest scientist in the whole world!
