Cecil is norwegian and agender. They have a big ideal of having perfect jugement and particularly adore the figure of Salomon in the Bible. They're calm and peaceful, gentle and thoughtful. They like to meet and help people in any way they can. However, their judgement often lacks of real empathy. They have difficulty to have personal talk with people because they want to stay distant. Deep inside, Cecil still suffers from the exclusion their blindness induced. Though I don't plan on elaborate on it, their agenderism also set them apart, though all other characters are very respectful of it and barely question it, considering it normal.
REALLY IMPORTANT : It must be almost impossible to give out a gender to Cecil's voice. Please think about that when recording !
In the anthro version, they're a Noctowl.
