Ashfall (Working Title)
ZaRappa26 for Hollow — Marcus Reyes (Kestrel Group, Recon)
Hollow — Marcus Reyes (Kestrel Group, Recon)
FACTION: Kestrel Group | ROLE: Recon | GENDER: Male | AGE: Late 20s-30s | ACCENT TARGET: Neutral American or Hispanic-American
WHO HE IS: A former long-range reconnaissance patrol scout, Hollow is patient almost to a fault — comfortable sitting still and watching for far longer than most people could stand. He's the one who sees the fight before it starts, and he'd rather stop it from starting at all if he can.
HIS ROLE IN ASHFALL: Recon operator in an original, realistic tactical multiplayer FPS (Unreal Engine 5, Steam release planned), armed with a marksman rifle. His Pulse Binoculars briefly reveal enemy silhouettes through smoke or foliage in a cone ahead of him.
VOICE & PERFORMANCE: Quiet, measured, low-volume even in his intense lines — his tension shows in pace and precision, not volume. A dry, understated sense of humor should come through in his personality line. Needs a believable whisper-adjacent "keeping quiet" register for scouting lines, contrasted with a sharper, faster delivery when he breaks cover.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: An actor who can act "quiet" convincingly without going breathy or losing clarity — think a sniper's stillness, not a horror-movie whisper.
AUDITION INSTRUCTIONS: Record all lines below in one clearly labeled file. Dry/clean recording, no processing. Give us your own interpretation, not a flat read. See the main project description for full context on Ashfall, compensation terms, and credit terms.
