Chia is an eccentric character who uses her innate storytelling abilities to trick people into believing the many creatures of her imagination. She gets bored easily and due to her lack of friends, she takes to fantasizing and exaggerating mundane things. Although she is very eccentric in her storytelling, her voice is usually quite docile. She has a nasally voice type similar to Velma from Mystery Inc, and a lisp similar to Beth from TDI.
