Cindy is an ambiguous and mysterious character. For the most part, she seems very child-like and bratty. She's eager to follow through with "the plan", and won't fall off track. She easily follows orders and although she is very child-like, she isn't someone to mess with. Her range is similar to Aquamarine from Steven Universe, and she has a ghastly stutter and hesitation to her words. (( Note: Accent NOT necessary, but a nice additive. ))


Bonus Fun Fact: Don't invite for sleepovers. Will try to kill you in your sleep.

  • (mesmerized) "gosh....she's a pretty one....like a porcelain doll...can't wait to play with you."

  • (mildly annoyed) "This wasn't a part of the plan...."

  • (Sincere, aggressively blunt) "You are our asset. Our future. Whether you like it or not, they've abandoned you but we've got open arms."
