Dot Pixis, The garrisons top officer. He hates nobles for they simple thinking and high regarded natures. He is this universe's content cop so to speak. He calls out people who mess up or don't do their job right no matter if they are higher or lower to him. For his voice, i could see him sounding like a cranky old man when he is just socializing but when he calls out others for their inexperience. His tone changes to a meaner, more daunting overlord.
