Mike is Erwin's number one fan/subordinate. He helps Erwin think of strategies even though he knows that Erwin doesn't need help. His blind admiration for Erwin drives others insane, and don't do him any favors. For his voice, think along the lines of Mr Crocker from Fairly Odd Parents.
