Description: Just a friendly local officer manning the front desk of a police station. He is of course aware of the spooky past of the town more or less assumes any out of towners are those crazy ghost hunting types, but they don't do any harm and it's a quiet town and it's a good job. He's more than happy to talk or tell stories.Desired voice: Any Male, Northern American accent preferred, for example, Minnesotan.
"Uuuuh, I know we haven't brought in someone like that." (Asked if they had any dead bodies matching someone's description. He's happy to say no.)
"And they didn't arrest you?!" (Barely holding back laughter after hearing a funny story from one of the out of towners.)
"The basement isn't spooky, man." (Reassuringly and teasingly at the same time.)
