Cactus Jack is a laid-back Arizona radio host with an easygoing, stoner-adjacent temperament and an instinctive distrust of authority. He is casual, dry, observant, and harder to shake than most people around him. He often seems detached, but he is not stupid. His intelligence comes through in offhand remarks, quiet skepticism, and the ability to notice when everyone else is taking something too seriously. His biggest flaw is inertia. Cactus Jack's character is inspired by the Dude from the Big Lebowski. His voice should be relaxed, gravelly, warm, slightly mumbled, and unhurried, with a dry conversational rhythm.
