I’m looking for a voice that is youthful, bubbly, expressive, and naturally affectionate, with a lot of enthusiasm and personality. Fliss tends to talk frequently and can become noticeably louder and faster when he's excited, so the actor should be comfortable with energetic, slightly rambly delivery while still keeping his dialogue understandable. He should sound genuinely curious and passionate about the things he loves, particularly Pip and anything cute or delicate. At the same time, the actor should be able to portray Fliss's social awkwardness and sensitivity, especially when he's uncomfortable around strangers or struggling with his insecurities.
